Venezuela | Cuayagua

With centuries of old tradition of cacao farming involving the entire community producing some of the most rare and unique cacaos. Like many of the coastal towns of Venezuela, Cuyagua has a rich history, culture, traditions and different aspects that could be explored, but cacao is at the core essence of Cuyagua.

Venezuela | Ocumare

From a small coastal town located in north of Aragua, Venezuela. Cacao trees are grown in farms in the Municipality of Costa de Oro. The region is part of the larger coastal area known as the "Cocoa Belt," which stretches along the Venezuelan coast and is famous for producing some of the finest cocoa beans in the world such as Cuyagua, Chuao and Choroni.

Venezuela | Gibraltar

Its geographic location near the coast of the Maracaibo Lake is key for the signature flavour of Gibraltar beans as there is a great mosaic of criollo type cacaos in this area.

Venezuela | Sur del Lago

Even though Sur del Lago might sound like a small region, this renowned origin below Lake Maracaibo encompasses several states in Venezuela, including Zulia, Mérida, Táchira and Trujillo. Many cocoa producers are located within this geographical area.

General Information

We deliver from bags (around 60 kg) up to full containers from Amsterdam, or directly from origin.

Varieties such as Porcelana and Cuyagua are extremely rare.

We usually have a waiting list for these cacaos.
